Terms of use
The short answer
The counts here are for information only. Check anything safety-related with the manufacturer or a technician. We aren't connected to any brand or retailer, and you can reuse our counts if you credit us.
These terms cover how you can use Appliance Problems. By using the site you agree to them.
What you can rely on it for
The site counts what owners wrote in public reviews. It's for information only: it isn't a test, an inspection or professional advice, and it doesn't say any product is defective. The counts come from an automated classifier and can contain mistakes. See how we count for what the numbers can and can't tell you.
If your dishwasher is leaking onto the floor, smells like burning or trips a breaker, turn off its power and contact the manufacturer or a qualified technician. You can check for recalls at cpsc.gov/Recalls.
No guarantees
We provide the site as it is, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions you make based on it.
Brand names
Bosch and other product and retailer names are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to say which products the reports are about. Appliance Problems isn't affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any manufacturer or retailer.
Reusing our counts
You're welcome to reuse our counts and charts under the CC BY 4.0 license: credit Appliance Problems and link to the page you took them from.
Corrections
